Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea or Paris, France.

The shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent within 3 - 7 working days. Except for pre-order items that state the delivery time under the product descriptions. (Note: pre-orders are non-refundable)

We work with your local post office for the parcel delivery, e.g. USPS (United States), Canada Post (Canada), Auspost (Australia), Singpost(Singapore),etc.
Should you not receive your order within 15 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact weifei0523@gmail.com. You will be advised within 48 hours the status of your order.
